Good customer support and great service, helped me with every doubt I had before I started trading, the only problem is the Birmingham accent of the sales agent I got to interact with, even thou I asked to switch him for someone with a normal British accent they refused my request, other than that this is what every trader can ask for from a brokerage.

Avoid Varianse. Their system has frequent issues, and the spreads are wider than expected. The account setup and withdrawal processes are slow and difficult. Look for a better broker.
