FXChoice is incredibly frustrating to deal with. Their customer service is unprofessional and inefficient. They mishandled my personal information, leading to account access issues. The process of withdrawing funds and depositing money has been far from smooth. They have a lot of improvements to make before I’d recommend them to anyone.

Their customer service is a mess. I had trouble accessing my account because of their own mistakes in handling my personal information. It felt sketchy having to send it twice. When I tried to withdraw my money or add funds, it was another round of frustration. Definitely not worth the hassle.

FXChoice has terrible customer service. They didn’t follow their own processes, which locked me out of my account. They requested my personal information twice, making me feel like I was being scammed. Withdrawing my money and refilling my account has also been a headache. They really need to improve their service.
