I think they are terrible. I was able to open an account with them and even funded it using Bitcoin, but then I couldn’t access my account. Now, they claim they do not have an account associated with my email. I sent them a screenshot showing the account number, and they still say they can’t find any account linked to my email. They have zero phone support, and I need my money back. I would give them a zero rating if possible.
