As a newcomer to this market, I encountered this exchange in a unique way. Overall, I think they do a pretty good job. However, their mobile website is a bit clunky and hard to use, even though I know it’s mainly designed for web browsers. Nonetheless, keep up the good work!

I think they are terrible. I was able to open an account with them and even funded it using Bitcoin, but then I couldn’t access my account. Now, they claim they do not have an account associated with my email. I sent them a screenshot showing the account number, and they still say they can’t find any account linked to my email. They have zero phone support, and I need my money back. I would give them a zero rating if possible.
