Low fees, decent customer support, good platform

Trading is very easy. I faced a little issue with a withdrawal today, but it was resolved by a them very politely. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent customer service.

The customer service is terrible; they take forever to reply and don’t solve problems. I encountered numerous obstacles and delays when trying to withdraw my funds.

Rakuten Securities Inc. has a clunky and outdated trading platform. Executing trades is slow and frustrating.

Customer support is almost impossible to reach and isn’t helpful when they do respond. Withdrawals take an excessively long time. I wouldn’t recommend this broker.
