Trading is very straightforward. I had a small issue with a withdrawal today, which was resolved in seconds by very politely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Excellent customer service.

Interactive Brokers’ treatment of my withdrawal request was unacceptable. After increasing my deposit and trading actively for over a year, I withdrew a portion to invest in crypto, only to face a ‘Restriction Warning.’ Their accusation of currency manipulation was unfounded and unreasonable. Their lack of understanding and flexibility in handling client funds is concerning. I’ll be reconsidering my continued use of their services.

My experience with Interactive Brokers turned sour when I withdrew a portion of my funds for a crypto investment. They slapped me with a ‘Restriction Warning,’ claiming I was trying to manipulate currency conversions. This accusation is baseless and insulting. It’s disappointing to see such suspicion from a broker I trusted. Their rigid policies make them difficult to recommend.

Interactive Brokers gave me a hard time when I withdrew some of my own money to fund a crypto account. Despite increasing my deposit over time for more trading opportunities, they issued a ‘Restriction Warning’ and accused me of converting funds to USD just to withdraw them. This accusation is absurd and shows a lack of understanding of basic customer needs. Think twice before trusting them with your investments.
